Spanning 385,000 square feet, the building features modern classrooms, retail space, and 350 below-grade parking stalls, with plans for overhead and underground connections to adjacent blocks. Designed for team-based, patient-centered care, the facility integrates advanced technology, including a fully converged IP network that optimizes building performance, reduces its carbon footprint, and enhances the student and staff experience.
