The Story
A hub for groundbreaking research and rehabilitation, the Krembil Discovery Tower at Toronto Western Hospital is a 12-storey facility designed to advance healthcare innovation. Built through an Integrated Project Delivery model, it features 20,000 sq. ft. of BSL2 labs, 2,000 sq. ft. of BSL3 labs, and a 30,000 sq. ft. vivarium, with two floors of wet labs and two floors dedicated to rehabilitation.
