The Story
Phase three of WaterPark Place is a testament to EllisDon’s commitment to developing projects that align with the highest sustainability practices. Located at 88 Queens Quay W in Toronto, Ontario the building includes space for 10,000 occupants with a mix of retail and office space. A seven-storey podium with a 50,000 square foot floor plate was incorporated into the build, as well as landscape and sidewalk improvements and three levels of below grade parking for more than 400 vehicles.
