This 66,000 square foot addition to the Seymour Schulich Building offers cutting-edge space designed to foster research, collaboration, and learning. It includes dedicated offices and labs for PhD students, new Centres of Excellence, and enhanced study, social, and amenity areas for graduate students and visiting faculty. With added classrooms, breakout rooms, and seminar spaces, the expansion eases overcrowding and creates a more seamless, productive environment. Built with sustainability at its core, the new wing features passive solar preheating and energy-efficient systems, reinforcing Schulich’s commitment to environmental responsibility and academic excellence.
